Payment Solutions helps save time by allowing you to receive and pay bills from one dashboard, with options for reminders and recurring payments. It can also save money by reducing postage, envelopes, checks, and late fees, while keeping your payment history organized and easy to access. Electronic payments provide peace of mind by reducing the risk of lost or stolen checks and help reduce paper use, benefiting both you and the environment.

Payment Options

Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Check Deposit lets you deposit checks securely through the GoBlissnet mobile app—no trip to the bank required. Simply take photos of your check and submit it directly from your device.

To use Mobile Check Deposit, you must be enrolled in Blissnet, have the GoBlissnet app installed, and accept the terms and conditions within the app.

Note: Before allowing mobile deposits for new accounts, must have account for 90 days in good standing.

Getting Started

Log in to the GoBlissnet app and open the menu, then select Deposits. If this is your first mobile deposit, you’ll be prompted to register and accept the terms and conditions. Once enrolled, you can add a deposit by tapping the Add (+) button, photographing the front and back of your endorsed check, entering the amount, and selecting the account for deposit. Follow the on-screen instructions to ensure clear images and proper endorsement, which must include “For Mobile Deposit Only BSB.” When everything looks correct, submit your deposit to complete the process.

Person 2 Person Payments

Person-to-Person payments through Blissnet and GoBlissnet let you send money securely to individuals without needing their bank account information. The service works like Bill Pay and allows payments by email, text message, direct deposit, or check.

To use P2P payments, you must be enrolled in Blissnet and Bill Pay.

Getting Started

You can set up and send P2P payments using either Blissnet on the web or the GoBlissnet mobile app.

After logging in, access Bill Pay (or Pay Bills in the mobile app) and choose the option to pay a person or add a payee. You’ll select how the payment should be delivered, enter the required payee information, and create a secure keyword for the payee to access their payment. For security, a one-time activation code will be sent to you and must be entered before the payee is activated.

Once the payee is added, they’ll receive an email with a secure link where they’ll enter their account information using the keyword you created. After setup is complete, you can send payments to that payee anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions about Payment Solutions

Payment Solution Basics

Payment Solutions is an easy, secure way to pay bills and individuals through your online banking account. You choose who to pay, when to send payments, and which account to use—all in one place. You can pay virtually any business or individual with a U.S. or Puerto Rico mailing address, including utilities, credit cards, landlords, service providers, or family members.

Getting Started with Payment Solutions

Getting started is simple. Log in to online banking, select Bill Pay, and add a payee by entering the information from your bill or request. Once a payee is set up, you can schedule payments in seconds by choosing the amount and delivery date.

How Payment Solution Works

Payments are delivered electronically whenever possible using ACH or virtual card technology for speed and security. When electronic delivery isn’t available, payments are sent by paper check through the U.S. Postal Service. Online bill pay is one of the safest ways to manage payments, reducing the risk of lost checks and improving privacy by keeping all account and payment information securely in one place. Most payments are received within 2–7 days, depending on delivery method.
